“Adventures at Green Apple Acres” is a magical place where farm animals live together, face challenges and succeed in overcoming life’s obstacles. In the process, they learn some big life lessons… with the help of their friends, both human and animal. By using farm animals to illustrate real life situations and weaving a moral into each story, Author, Cynthia A. Sudor, allows young adults to identify with the animals, read how each character faces and navigates each challenge, and in the end, learns a life lesson from the animal’s experience and eventual success.

Cynthia Sudor grew up in Hershey, PA, loving animals and nature. She drew pictures, especially of horses, from her earliest memories and shared a love of horseback riding with her father, Milan Sudor, a Pennsylvania State Policeman. With her father and mother, Mary, her sister, Janet, and brother, Richard, growing up included swimming, canoeing and picnics at Mt. Gretna, walks in beautiful Pennsylvania State Parks and playing baseball with neighborhood children in the fields in her neighborhood. Her first dog was a toy collie named Tina. Spending time with family friends in Weston, PA, inspired her dream to have her own farm with horses someday.

That dream came true, with a lot of hard work and determination. Cynthia and her Arabian horses and ever-entertaining barn cats enjoy farm life at CaraCyn Arabians at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She shares her home with several Shetland Sheepdogs and a kitty she rescued from her farm that she named Suri. Cynthia is a graduate of Drexel University. She is President of her own marketing consulting company, Cynthia A. Sudor Enterprises / Cynergy Marketing, Grantville, PA. She loves to write and travel and read. Cynthia has traveled to many foreign countries and throughout the United States. She also likes to design and make jewelry. As a tribute to her Ukrainian heritage, she also creates another art, Ukrainian eggs.
